RUPCO is also presenting two Community Partner Awards: one to Center for Creative Education of Kingston, NY and the other to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development: New York State Single Family Housing. RUPCO's Chief Operaintg Officer, Kathleen M. Leahy, will receive RUPCO's Lifetime Service Award.
