EWGA 2016 Highway Series 

The Highway Series is Back!

The Highway Series is a team match play event where teams from several chapters in the Southeast competes against each other in a one day event.

This years event will be held at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa in Savannah, GA.  The date of the event is Saturday January 23, 2016.

This year, there will be  6 regional chapters with up to 2 teams per chapter competing.  The Bermuda Chapter will again be our guest chapter and  will have 1 team competing.  Each team will be comprised of 9 players.  Participants must have an established handicap with 4 scores posted between October 1st and December  31st.  The handicap cutoff for the event is January 1st.  You will compete against like handicap players so all play levels are welcomed.

The Orlando Chapter will have 2 Teams of 9 for a total of 18 players.  Registration for the event is first  come, first serve  - so register early.  Registration will fill up quickly.  Additional registrants will  be taken as alternates for the Orlando teams. Additional registrants may also be able to be part of a hybrid team with other chapters.

Format:  Individual match Play Team Event.  Teams will be formed once registration is complete and all registration fees are received.

 Hotels for the Event:  Special EWGA Rates at 4 Hotels (per night)

Reserve by November 15th to receive the reduced rate.  Mention "EWGA "  when reserving your room.  All rooms are standard with king or 2 queen beds.  Tax is not included.  See below for information:

Once you are registered you must send your registration check immediately to Susan Macina for either $85 for golf and lunch only on Saturday or $100 for golf and lunch on Saturday and reception on Friday night.
