Wreath Drop Off

• Our visitors have come to expect extraordinary entries and we encourage our decorators to help us maintain these artistic standards.   Whether your entry is comical or elegant --- make sure it stands out in the crowd!  Visit our website for photographs of entries from previous years.
• Keep in mind that this is a wreath festival and all entries must either be shaped like a wreath, include a wreath, or be clearly “wreath-inspired.”  General holiday crafts are not accepted.
• Kids are welcome to participate – but we strongly encourage them to work WITH an adult to make sure their wreath is of the quality that would appeal to our bidders.  There is not a special “kids” category.
• All wreaths do not have to have a “Christmas” theme --- seasonal and year-round wreaths always do well.
• Fresh wreaths or those with perishable or live decorations are discouraged.
• We do not have space to display extra items – everything must be attached to your wreath.
• Please limit the size of your entry to no larger than 28 inches in any dimension. 
• Plug-in Decorative lights can be used.  If battery operated lights are used, replacement batteries must be provided by the decorator so that the wreath can remain lit for the full 10 days.
• Remember that this is the Arts Council’s fundraiser, so the addition of gift cards or other special items is most welcome!  Be sure they are securely attached to your wreath for security purposes, or presented in a separate envelope for CCAC to give to the high bidder.  Gift cards must be delivered along with the wreath.
• If you wish to donate gifts certificates or merchandise with a value of $100 or more we will gladly provide a display wreath created by a talented artist to accompany your donation.

The public will vote for their favorites and CCAC will also present artistic awards in a variety of categories

Sunday, December 6, 2 - 4pm

Shopping discounts, music, mulled wine, prizes and fun await our decorators as we approach the final bell.

By entering this event I agree to the following:

Only one entry per household, business or organization - No exceptions

As this is an Arts Council fundraiser and a family event, we reserve the right not to hang any wreath that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, too large, of unacceptable quality, or is not pre-registered.

By entering this event I agree to the terms stated in the Decorators Registration Guidelines and agree that all submitted items become the property of the Carroll County Arts Council (CCAC) and will be sold to benefit them. Any unsold items will be disposed of at the sole discretion of the CCAC. By entering the Festival I also agree to allow my name and images of my submission to be retained indefinitely and used by the CCAC in any future print or electronic promotion, publicity materials or retail products.
