Calling all DC Law Students! In honor of DC Pro Bono Week, we invite you to join an esteemed panel of seasoned attorneys and advocates engaged in cutting edge work to advance social justice through the law. Come hear from them about current challenges and opportunities in the fields of criminal justice, race discrimination, homelessness, veterans issues, voting rights, immigration and wrongful incarceration. Panelists will discuss their work as advocates and pro bono attorneys in these fields, and share ideas about opportunities for law students to engage in these and other social justice issues both now and in the future.
