This class will assist water/wastewater system managers and operators plan and prepare for emergency response with practice scenarios and classroom discussion. Class participants will learn to identify critical and non-critical facilities and rate their deficiencies in order to determine emergency response requirements.

Upon completion of the course the participants will receive a Certificate.
