As women, we carry within us both Feminine and Masculine energies and yet our inner and outer worlds have been modeled after the more favorable Masculine qualities at the price of our Feminine. Many of us who live in the western world are somewhat removed from the abusive horrors of the Feminine that is experienced in many parts of the world. Nonetheless, as women, we are still carrying the collective wounds that continue to cause pain and suffering in our hearts, souls, and bodies.

As a physician and a healer, I have witnessed years of repression of the Feminine in our Female Biology that manifests as physical and emotional symptoms of painful monthly menses, infertility and endometriosis, autoimmune disorders, anxiety or depression, to name a few.  For other women the wounds are experienced as hopelessness, shame, judgment of self and powerlessness. And as a mystic, I have seen a greater pain, far beyond the body and emotions, anchored in the deep hearts of women, rising from the disconnect from that deep nourishing aspect of themselves; the Sacred Feminine.

As a woman, I have experienced rejection and self-judgment of my own body and have struggled for years with the deep ache in my heart of feeling powerless, rejected and unsupported in my world. I am no stranger to feeling the pressure of having to fit into a world that values something other than what I am. These struggles have gifted me with discoveries of the deeper truth of my essence and divine light within my being. I have faced many  layers of fear, hopelessness, rejection and shame and this experience is not unique to me, but rather common with thousands of women around the world today. These struggles of the heart and soul are not just personal; they are actually collective struggles, due to the historical repression of the Sacred Feminine.

WE are the MEDICINE!

Regardless of how you have experienced these limiting wounds; whether you experience it as subtle judgments, physical disorders, deep unhappiness within, isolation, loneliness or simply a restlessness that knows you are so much more, there are (3) main Feminine wounds that we all carry collectively; Powerlessness; Sexuality & Shame, and Illusion of Separation.  

As women, we are now able to raise our consciousness and no longer have to stay in the old story of these confining wounds. We can open ourselves to the underlying truth of our wounds and accept their gifts.  Hidden within our wound is the MEDICINE…  the key to awakening to our spiritual journey of enlightment. We are the MEDICINE that we are longing for and needing at this time to fully become conscious of our complete being of spirit within our body.  We carry the seed to our healing and the roadmap to our evolution of Self Realization.  We have the opportunity to restore the Sacred Feminine within our planet and ourselves.

What is a CONSCIOUS WOMAN ?

A “CONSCIOUS WOMAN” is a woman that is conscious of her true nature of light… embodying the sacred marriage of body & spirit… and the journey of realizing this completion within.  This transformational healing of the Feminine wounds is possible through mystical experience of Feminine Initiations.  These Feminine Initiations allow the subtle fields and patterns of conditioning to be transformed into higher states of Oneness resulting in embodiment of the Conscious Feminine through our heart, soul and body… thus the Conscious Woman is realized.

7 WEEKS OF REALIZATION & INITIATIONS

WEEK 1- REALIZATION OF THE CONSCIOUS WOMAN- we are the MEDICINE.

The Conscious Woman is the realization of ourselves as women… becoming conscious of our True light… and our True nature integrated in the Feminine & Masculine principles. Understanding that we, as women, have been under a spell of fear, rejection and blame collectively… and this spell has affected every aspect of our psyche and our physical well-being.  Now is a critical time in our history where we are being asked to heal these wounds and move through these Initiations in order to unravel the distortion of the Feminine within.  As women we are Healers… we are able to heal ourselves and the planet, even though some of us do not know it yet, but have been sensing it.  Through these Sacred Initiations, we are able to become fully realized beings… conscious of our Essence of Light…and emerge as a Conscious Woman. 

 

WEEK 2-COLLECTIVE WOUND OF THE FEMININE.

The distortion of the Feminine in our psyches and in our culture has created (3) major wounds that all women have been affected by; Powerlessness, Shame & Illusion of Separation.  Through these wounds we have been collectively living our lives in fear, experiencing great pain and suffering in our hearts and in our bodies.  This is a collective wound… you may not be feeling perhaps the origin of the fear, but nonetheless, as a woman, you are still feeling the effectives of this collective wound in your psyche.  The breakdown in our Female biology including our endocrine system- (thyroid, adrenals, hormones) reproductive imbalances and immune system, not to mention depression & anxiety, all stem from a disconnect from our true essence of the Feminine, which we now have the opportunity to understand and heal. Understanding the origin historical origin as well as the affects on our selves personally and collectively helps us open up to the Consciousness of the Feminine Initiations that are available for our transformation. 

WEEK 3-CHANGING THE STORY OF VICTIM TO REALIZATION through SACRED WITNESSING.

We have the ability to heal and furthermore, as women, we have the ability to heal others… and our world.  We are the MEDICINE… Within this wound of the Feminine we are also carrying the medicine to heal ourselves and all of humanities at this time. What is the process that heals? It is through SACRED WITNESSING.  Our wound shows us what we haven’t had… what we are longing for… what we are needing it… and yet we have experienced already in our being what we are longing for but we have not had it witnessed strongly enough by another.  By witnessing the qualities that have remained hidden to us… we begin to rewire our consciousness and see ourselves in our true light… thus bridging the gap between our wound and our Essence.  Through the principles of Quantum medicine, subtle bodies and the morphogenetic field, we are able to better understand the mechanics of how our energetic body and our DNA is able to shift resulting in our healing on all levels.\

 

WEEK 4-TRANSFORMING THE SHADOW OF POWERLESSNESS- 1^ST FEMININE INITIATION.

The shadow of powerlessness is the 1^st Initiation of transformation and is related to our solar plexus and our third eye.  Through our process of SACRED WITNESSING we open these wounds for healing, empowering our light and releasing old patterns of doubt, helplessness, unworthiness and lack of confidence.  This INITIATION leads us to true confidence, not by feeling confident emotionally or mentally, but by realizing our magnificence in our soul light as an extension of the greater Cosmic Creative Source.  In this Feminine Initiation, you are also able to unveil your Inner vision and discover your Inner Guru, guiding you at all times. 

 

WEEK 5-RECLAIMING OUR SEXUALITY & VIRGINITY- 2^nd FEMININE INITIATION.

The wound relating to this 2^nd Feminine Initiation has been one that many women have been suffering with, which affects our Sacral power center and our Throat power center.   As we witness our subtle rejection of our moon menses every month and the fact that most women experience pain and discomfort monthly with their menses… we are able to see a clear repression of our Feminine.  Through our SACRED WITNESSING OF Creative Movement we are able to restoring our womb sacral power center allowing us to be in alignment with our Sacral creative power, sexual power and our pleasure. In relationship with our Throat power center, it allows us to speak and honor our Truth.   This Initiation brings light and healing to our thyroids, hormones, reproductive imbalances, immune issues, fatigue, our abilities to realize our creative desires of the soul and bring them out into life truly honoring our complete being. This 2^nd INITATION allows us to embody the light of our spirit deep into the earthiness of physical body integrating the light and the dark within.  

 

WEEK 6- DISPELLING THE ILLUSION OF SEPARATION- 3^RD FEMININE INITIATION.

Dispelling the Illusion of Separation is where we encounter our Root power center and the Heart power center… transforming disappointment, grief and abandonment in the Heart along with our great fear of the illusion of being separate and alone.  Through SACRED WITNESSING OF CREATIVE ART WORK we we are able to dispel the pain and suffering of this illusion of separation that has been trapped in our DNA and experience the ecstatic joy of Union with your Beloved within yourself. 

WEEK 7-REALIZATION OF THE CONSCIOUS WOMAN. 

When we move through these FEMININE INITIATIONS and cultivate our Essence… we realize that we are the Medicine that we need to heal our hearts, body & soul.  By restoring the Feminine we align ourselves with the hidden nature of our being.  We become the CONSCIOUS WOMAN… conscious of our complete being, uniting our physical body with our spiritual light. This is the state Gnostics relate to as the perfect man/women; the one that has realized the integrated light of their being into the physicality of their body.
