Division Chief for Cultural, Solidarity and Creativity Affairs
Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
Trinidad Zaldivar is the Division Chief for Cultural, Solidarity and Creativity Affairs at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Trinidad is an expert in change management, international development practices, and cultural analysis. Trinidad's career took many diverse turns starting as a business owner, and continuing with executive positions at the Organization of American States, the World Bank Group, and the IDB. She is the author of several books and numerous articles on Chilean culture and society. Trinidad earned her doctorate in history from Pontifical Catholic University in Chile.
