Venice Lights of Friendship, on Dec. 9, will be a sparkling tribute to longtime Venice physician and volunteer, Dr. Richard Beebe and a celebration of the thousands of people whose lives have been touched by the Friendship Centers’ services. The Venice Friendship Center will be decorated with many of lights, representing the thousands of lives impacted by the Center over nearly four decades. Festivities will get underway at 6 p.m. The Venice Symphony Quartet will perform and guests will be treated to a gourmet dinner by the Crow’s Nest.
