· One-day Institute where participants will receive coaching and guidance in the creation of their Individual Strategic Action Plan. Lunch and materials are provided. The Institute facilitator is Dr. Lisa Braverman.
· Participation in an online community throughout the academic year to support the implementation of your individual strategic action plan.
· Participation in online monthly webinars & meetings featuring guest leadership facilitators with expertise across the academic leadership Community
