2015 Golden Christmas Ball

Join us for a special formal evening with dinner, dancing, and prizes. Music will be provided by Vanity Fair. And, don’t forget to bring your un-wrapped toys to donate to Toys for Tots.


TENTATIVE AGENDA

6:00 p.m.    Cocktails
7:00 p.m.    Dinner
8:00 p.m.    Music and Dancing until Midnight.  

Door Prizes will be drawn throughout the evening. Winners do NOT need to be present to win Door Prizes. However, if a winner is not present, it is their responsibility to collect their prize at 16511 Carmenita Road in Cerritos within 45 days. Unclaimed prizes will be re-raffled at the next TLARGI event. There will be one Grand Prize winner drawn at the end of the evening. You must be present to win the Grand Prize only.

ATTIRE

Formal event attire (black tie optional)

MENU OPTIONS

• Orange ginger-glazed salmon with wild rice and quinoa pilaf and sides of parsnips, carrots,and asparagus
• 9-oz. sirloin with bleu cheese garnish and sides of garlic mashed potatoes, parsnips, carrots, and asparagus
• Vegetarian and allergy options are available upon request.

All meals include a spring mix salad with pecans and chunks of brie; roasted vegetables; and a dessert trio of pistachio crème brulee, chocolate fantasy cake, and pumpkin cheesecake.

COSTS

The cost is $1,300 for a table of 10 or $130 per person. These costs include dinner, tip, entertainment, and prizes.

Valet parking at The Westin is $18 for the evening and $32 for overnight. Self parking is $12 for the evening and $24 for overnight.

Checks should be made payable to TLARGI and mailed on or before November 20, to ensure delivery by November 23:
