Oysters are the fastest growing farming effort in the northeast and in this Twilight Series presentation, Dale Leavitt will introduce everyone to the oyster and how to grow them. From where to buy seed oysters through to how to market them, we will survey all aspects of oyster farming with a quick introduction into what it takes to produce a great oyster.

Following Dale's talk, " Salty John"  Arruda will demonstrate making different cocktail sauces and other unusual oyster toppings. There will be sampling!

UPDATE: John Arruda will not be able to do the creative raw bar portion of the workshop, however, we will still be offering oyster samples.
