Wellness Seminar - The Art of Stress Resilience 

In today’s world life is getting busier and stress is inevitable. So how do we manage the ongoing overwhelm, whilst maintaining a state of optimal health and happiness? And are there ways we can actually increase our stress resilience and also thrive in our jobs and lives?

This seminar looks at the stress response and the chain reaction that ensues. Approaching this subject with greater compassion and understanding, we then look at supportive practices that both strengthen our stress muscles and support us in feeling calm and less anxious.
