The New Pharmacy Scorecard: Enterprise-Wide Medication Management
Tuesday, December 8, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST

Join a panel of experts from a diverse range of health care systems for an engaging discussion on enterprise-wide medication management. These pharmacy leaders are forging new ground to aggregate medication demands across stocking locations and facilities, effectively respond to urgent needs, mitigate shortages and identify opportunities for dramatic cost savings. Pharmacy scorecards with target KPIs will be shared to highlight the direct impact of these efforts on cost containment and patient safety goals.    

Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of the program, the participants should be able to:
  • Understand the underlying issues driving the need for enterprise-level medication inventory management.
  • Describe innovative strategies different health systems have adopted to address those challenges.
  • Discuss the scorecards and key metrics that these health systems have focused on to measure and report their progress.
