Join us for an incredible four-course menu paired with Town Hall Brewery's beers. Hosted by Town Hall Brewery to benefit the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota; presented by Chef Matthew Lepisto and Lead Brewer Aaron Herman.

1st Course: Smoked Salmon Salad
golden alder smoked salmon,  arugula,  honey glazed apples, Madeira rehydrated craisins,  granola, maple moscato vinaigrette 
Paired with: Sun Honey Lager - crisp, refreshing German-style lager with a mild honey sweet finish

2nd Course: Deconstructed Coco Curry Chicken 
nuske bacon-wrapped chicken, fresno pepper cream cheese, coconut curry, caramelized pineapple 
Paired with: Mango IPA - American India Pale Ale, aged with real mango fruit

3rd Course: Ancho Pork Loin  
cherry, wild rice cream cheese, candied walnut risotto,  bourbon apple glaze
Paired with: Foolish Angel - bourbon barrel-aged Belgium quadrouple

4th Course: Cappuccino Creme Brulee 
hazelnut foam, vanilla bean gel
Paired with: Parkway Java Porter - rich coffee porter
