Water Industry Operations and the Vital Importance of Teams - Course #3

You will learn how to develop your skills as a member of a high-performance work team:
-Environmental Quality, Water Treatment & Society
-Conservation, Watersheds and Related Issues
-Increasing Need for Teamwork in Unity
-Workplace Essentials in the 21st Century
This course is most effective when there is a good mixture of office and field personnel. We also require that there be representatives from at least 3 different organizations. This ensures that all of the participants interact with a diverse group and receive the most benefit from the class.
Courses do not need to be taken in order. Upon completion of the three course series, participants will receive a Customer Service Certificate from AWWA.
