More Information:

Here at Classical 89, we appreciate our sustaining members.  You provide the foundation of our programming budget.  If you’re a sustainer, thank you for your ongoing monthly donation.  We’d like to show our appreciation with a special sustaining member event.  Join us in studio for a live Highway 89 broadcast of 10 of Paganini’s Violin Caprices.  It’s rare to hear a concert like this, because of the technical demands.  In fact, this will likely be the first time this many Paganini caprices have been heard on live radio.  And the soloist is certainly up to the task.  It’s David Park, associate concertmaster with the Utah Symphony.  He started playing the violin at the age of five, and by age 14 he was one of the youngest students of the legendary Jascha Heifetz.  Sustaining members are invited to this special broadcast, along with two guests, age 8 and above.  Seating is very limited so register now.

Thanks again,

 Classical 89

Sustaining members of Classical 89 are the backbone of our programming budget.  If you’re a sustainer, thank you for your ongoing monthly donation.  We’d like to thank you with a special sustaining member event.  Join us in studio for a live Highway 89 broadcast of piano’s greatest hits, featuring Robin Hancock, a member of the renowned American Piano Quartet.  His program will include such hits as Beethoven’s “Fur Elise,” Debussy’s “Claire de lune,” and Liszt’s “Liebestraum.”  Sustaining members are invited, along with two guests, as long as your guests age 8 and above.  Seating is very limited for this special broadcast, on September 1 at 8pm.  You’ll find the registration link on Classical 89’s Facebook page.  Again, that’s Robin Hancock in piano’s greatest hits, on Highway 89, September 1 at 8pm.
