In the morning session, Katherine will explore the story of Cinderella as an opportunity to learn about type and functions. Learn why the path to greater self-acceptance challenges us to activate our conscious awareness of our non-preferred, and perhaps unloved, aspects of self.
Opt to stay for the afternoon session in which Katherine will coach participants to improve and grow the use of type in their professional practices. We will explore:
Katherine W. Hirsh, Ph.D., has been passionate about psychological type for nearly 30 years. For the past 11 years she has been a principal in HirshWorks, LLC, a consultancy committed to providing winning workshops and writing. Her doctorate is in Experimental Psychology. She worked in academia as a neuropsychologist and faculty developer until joining with her sister, Elizabeth, to form HirshWorks. In 2013, Katherine briefly returned to academia to co-teach Psychological Types for Pacifica Graduate Institute. Katherine served as APTi president from 2010-2012. She currently lives in Germany, and has INTP preferences. CPP has published 3 of her co-authored guides for workshop leaders for Teams, Teambuilding and Decision Making.
