CAAHEP Accreditation Update
There is no advance homework in preparation for the workshop; however, the attendee is encouraged to:
Space is limited: We have a maximum capacity of 45 attendees, so please reserve your spot early! Registration will automatically close when all seats are filled or on December 31, 2015, whichever occurs first.

CAAHEP Accreditation Workshop
This workshop is designed to educate attendees on the CAAHEP accreditation process including the self study, site visit, and on-going issues.

HOTEL ROOMS
Hotel rooms are available at the Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport at a special rate of $119 per night plus tax for the accreditation workshop. This rate is valid for the three days prior to and three days following the workshop (January 3 through Jan 11). To make your hotel reservation and receive this special rate, please contact the hotel directly here. Hotel reservations must be made no later than Monday, December 7, 2015 to guarantee the special room rate of $119 per night plus tax. The special rate is only guaranteed through December 7, 2015, but may still be available on a space available basis after that date.
For those driving in, parking is available for a discounted rate of $5.00 per day.
Reserve Your Room Now!Workshop participants are responsible for their hotel reservations and should cancellation be necessary, please contact the Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport in advance of your anticipated arrival date.
REGISTRATION FEE
The workshop EARLY BIRD registration fee is $295 through December 7, 2015. Registration beginning December 8, 2015 is $350. This fee includes the cost of the workshop plus breakfast, lunch and breaks each day. Registration will close automatically after December 31, 2015, or when all seats have been filled.
Payment is requested by credit card via PayPal at the time of registration. Should an institution need to submit payment by check, please mail the check to the CoAEMSP Executive Office (8301 Lakeview Parkway
Suite 111-312, Rowlett, TX 75088) for manual processing. Payment by check must be received no later than December 18, 2015 in order to complete your reservation. Registrations submitted after December 18, 2015 MUST be made via PayPal.
Registrations cancelled after December 31, 2015, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your registration you can elect to have your funds held as a credit toward a future workshop within one year.

ADDITIONAL WORKSHOPS
Additional accredtiation workshops will be held June 16-17 in Louisville, Kentucky and December 1-2 in Dallas. Regstration for the June workshop will open after the January workshop. Registration for the December workshop will open after the June workshop.
