How do you feel about Feeling? What do you think of it? How does Feeling function in you?
Karen Keefer sees Feeling as the force that enables civilization to exist, and also the source of our current cultural and political polarization. It is the process that allows us to relate to one another, and also to judge and exclude one another.
Come spend a morning exploring this often-misunderstood aspect of the psyche. We will approach it first through Word, engaging the conscious mind to experience how Feeling operates, to understand what the experts have to say about Feeling, and to see what current neuroscience adds. Then Karen will lead us in the guided imagery process developed by Bill Yabroff, allowing us to elicit a personal image of Feeling that can give us greater access to and facility with this fundamental part of ourselves. Even those with a dominant Feeling function will find this program helpful and enlightening!
