The Pilates Refresher Workshop is aimed at all Pilates instructors that want to reflect on your teaching practice, and also a way to look at you own technique and development of your own method.
The workshop looks both to the optimisation of already learned techniques and equipment variants, as well as new tools. In addition, new ideas for teaching practice are reviewed. Michael will also be introducing his new Power Fingers exercises and equipment which help bring a new area of focus into your classes or personal training.
