Legal Workshop: Contract Negotiation Workshop 

 

A good contract negotiation process that helps both parties meet strategic business objectives will create the foundation for a healthy long-term business relationship.

This interactive workshop will first teach you some basic win/win contract negotiating skills, and then give you a fun and informative opportunity to practice them with hypothetical business cases in small groups.

Although taught by experienced business attorneys, this class does not constitute legal advice.
