Small agency Executive, Commanders, and Supervisors need the information necessary to be an effective, efficient and contemporary leader. Challenging economic times requires police executives to be more resourceful with funds and to plan strategically.

Presenter - Chief Paul Schultz
Chief Paul Schultz has 40 years of law enforcement experience with over 16 years as Chief of Police. He has been a successful Chief of Police in three municipalities in two states and has served as the Director of Colorado Peace Officer Standards and Training. He was Chief of Police of the Year for the State of Nebraska, Chief of Police of the Year for Boulder County, Colorado, and Department Head of the Year in two municipalities. Chief Schultz served as President of the Police Chiefs Association of Nebraska and as President of the Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police. Chief Schultz has a Master’s Degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Management from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
