GRAD 500 Writing and Publishing a Scientific Paper

This four-week course is a writing-intensive course designed for NIH trainees and scientists at all levels looking to write a draft manuscript for journal submission, gain a greater understanding of the submission process, and further develop their technical scientific writing skills.

Eligibility: NIH trainees, scientists, researchers, analysts, and biomedical researchers in the D.C. metro area. Participants from satellite NIH campuses across the country can participate via live webinar sessions.

A certificate of completion will be awarded to those participants who successfully complete the course.

This course is held on the Bethesda Main NIH campus; specific details on time and location are posted on the left-hand side of the screen.

Please note that given the winter holidays, there is a slight variation in the scheduled days for Week 3 and Week 4. The course dates are:  Nov. 5; Nov. 12; Nov. 20; Nov. 30.
