Luncheon Resident Jeopardy- Saturday 6, 2016 - Enjoy watching residents from Virginia’s Emergency Medicine Residence programs battle it out.

Optional Cadaver Pre-Conference Workshops (Friday, February 5, 2016)

Improve your procedure skills with our two cadaver workshops. Each session is $400 per person and is not included in the general registration fee. Limited registration available. 

  1. Difficult airway lab (8AM – 12PM) – Will practice difficult airway scenarios and utilize various difficult airway techniques including supraglottic airways (LMA), bougie, video laryngoscopy, flexible intubating scope, and cricothyroidotomy.
  2.  Lifesaving Emergency Procedures (1p-5p) – Will review life-saving procedure including needle throacostomy, chest tube placement, joint aspiration, lateral cathotomy, intraosseus access, and thoracotomy.
