Concord Parents' Night Out 2015 

Please come to Concord Parents' Night Out 2015!  This is a parent-only event that is a significant fundraiser for the Concord PTO.  It is a night to not feel guilty about getting a babysitter because we are doing this FOR THE KIDS!  Please click the box below to register!  The cost is $40 for the evening.

Schedule

  • 7:00 pm - Doors open, auction, Gathering sign-up, and games begin
  • 8:45 pm(?) - Spin The Bottle & Mystery Boxes will end when we run out of prizes!
  • 9:30 pm - Auction and Concord Guessing Experience closes
  • 10:00 pm - Check-out opens
  • 11:00 pm - Time to sleep!

FAQs

Who should attend?

All parents, faculty, and staff at Concord Elementary.  We are thrilled to have any adult that want to join us to support our kiddos!

What do I wear?

This is a casual event, so please dress comfortably and wear jeans. We. Are. Serious. 

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, but it will make it easier on our volunteers if you purchase your tickets in advance.  Not to mention it is cheaper!  The cost is $40 until November 13, and then $50 the night of the event.

When will our tickets be mailed/delivered?

No need for tickets!  We are digital baby!  Just show up and rest assured we know you are coming!

What is included in my ticket price?

  • Admission to the event
  • Delicious appetizers & desserts (it will be a cash bar)
  • Bowling & Bocce Ball
  • Acess to the silent auction, games, and Gathering events

What is a Gathering? 

Gatherings are parties thrown by Concord families.  They can be for moms, dad, couples, or even the kids.  Parents agree to host a party and pay for the expenses.  At PNO, you can sign-up to attend a party.  You simply add your name to the list and pay the set entrance fee.  Do not come late because each party has a limited number of spots and they may go fast!  They are a blast and a great way to meet Concord families that you may not know.  If you want to host, there is a sign-up below!

What is there to do?

  • Eat!  Drink!  Bowl!  Bocce!  Talk to friends!
  • Bid on silent auction items - haven't you always wanted to take the kids to Disney World? 
  • Sign up for Gatherings - these are first-come, first-serve, so you do not want to be late! 
  • Spin The Bottle - $15 gets you a spin and a guaranteed bottle of wine! 
  • Mystery Box - for $25, pick a box, and get a gift card valued $25 and up!  Don't like it?  For $5 pick again! 
  • Concord Guessing Experience - a $5 charge may lead to a big prize for you! 
  • Fund-A-Need - did you know that Concord Cares helps support our students on the weekends so they have food in their homes?  Your tax-free donation will help us support Concord Cares and all of they great work they do for our community.

How should I pay for my auction items or games?

Please bring your credit card as it will make check-out run more smoothly.  Also, the games will be run through bid number, so no need to bring cash!  However, at checkout, cash still works.  We will take checks too.  But we draw the line at wooden nickels.
