We're very excited to announce our next dinner at Apollonia Bistro with Chef Erin Sealy, Seghesio Family! Meet Seghesio National Sales Rep, Bryan Rollins during a night of fabulous food, wonderful wine and interesting insights. Seghesio Vineyards is well known for their high quality zinfandels and Italian varietals and consistently receives high scores and accolades from wine professionals and fans. We've done our best to narrow down these award winning Sonoma wines to a mere 5! Chef Erin will be pairing each wine with its own wine inspired dinner course.
