Tortosa's G.A.I.N. Fall Festival 

Battle of the Blocks 

Join us for a family-friendly neighborhood competition: Tortosa's first ever Battle of the Blocks! Registration is due by October 30th at 5:00 pm. There is no price to participate. Teams will be divided based upon neighborhood parcels and will be officially announced Monday, November 2nd. Kids and adults are welcome to participate.
