LVASCE's Annual Holiday Banquet will take place at the all new Allentown Renaissance Hotel and features a presentation on the Five City Center project by the site’s developer, City Center Lehigh Valley, and architect, Gensler. The project, also referred to as Five City Center Urban Innovation Campus, spans a full city block and includes two towers. One tower will be approximately 400,000 square feet of office space and the second tower will be a 200 unit residential structure. The buildings will be tied together by just under a two acre public park called Center Green. The project also includes retail space, parking garage and potential swimming pool for residents.
