Volunteers in Medicine Annual 5K Run/Walk will be held at the beautiful Cape May County Park and Zoo on Saturday, May 21st at 8:00 a.m.
Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) is a 501(c)(3) healthcare clinic that provides free primary care to residents of Cape May County. Since opening in 2002, due to outstanding community support from concerned individuals, families, businesses, organizations, municipalities, churches and county government, VIM has been able to serve more than 4,000 patients with over 29,000 clinic visits. The need for free primary care continues to be significant in Cape May County even after the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
