Boost Your Confidence as a Leader

We’ve all heard that running a business is challenging. What you don’t hear is that being in business for yourself will bring up every last hidden insecurity about selling yourself and therefore test your confidence.
This 2-part Learning Lab will give you a chance to practice with peers in a comfortable, safe and fun environment. Together, we will explore different ways we shut down physically, emotionally and mentally as well as gain practical tools to implement to boost your confidence. This is not a class in the traditional sense; it is designed to be co-created together where your participation and feedback is the best way to get the most out of these sessions.
At the end of our time together, you will:
- Understand a few patterns that make you feel less confident
- Have new tools to use when you feel your confidence drop
- Feel lighter and freer when selling your business
- Be connected to a group of peers to continually practice with

Miriam Karell has had her own business and helps hundreds of businesses start and/or grow through the SBDC program. She has tried out many different tactics and techniques and has learned the hard way what not to do. Miriam is currently getting her degree in confidence from the forever learning school of life.
