Among the questions that need to be answered:

  •  How to identify your target customer
  • What customer problem or challenge you solve
  • What value you deliver
  • How you will reach, acquire and keep customers
  • How you will define and differentiate your offering
  • How you will generate revenue
  • What is your cost structure
  • What is your profit margin
