One in every four women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime. Each year, Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation (AVLF) assists more than 1,500 survivors of intimate partner violence and stalking. PurSHOEing Justice is a fundraiser designed to recognize the legal issues facing domestic violence victims and the volunteers and programs who help them. It is about raising awareness, raising money, and raising up women.
This fundraiser supports AVLF's Safe Families Office, Georgia's only courthouse-based attorney-staffed walk-in clinic offering legal protection and safety planning to the victims of family violence and stalking. Help support the programs that serve our clients and enjoy an evening that will feature a designer shoe sale by Jeffrey, accessories by Stella & Dot, a silent auction, cocktails, and delicious hors d'oeuvres from Coast2Coast Catering. Individual tickets are $75.
