If you are an aspiring or even an experienced enterpriser, this training is for you. Two tracks will specialize in meeting your needs for future planning.

Track One: Apirants and Serial Enterprisers
Do you wonder what the best idea for your organization is to pursue? Are you curious how this idea will benefit your organization's finances and mission? Then this is the track for you. Focus on ideation, opportunity assessment, strategic fit and concept vetting, with a focus on identifying the best opportunity/idea for your organization.
Track Two: Enterprisers
Do you ponder how your organization can grow in its current venture? Do you consider how to increase its mission impact, profitability and manageability? This track focuses on organizational culture and capacity, with an exploration of strategic fit and opportunity size for current ventures.
All participants
Is your idea big enough to make a difference? It is big enough to be self-sustaining? Are you curious as to what size your new venture must be in order to be successful? This session will explore venture scale. It will define the customer, calculate the size of the potential market, and layout the next steps for investigation.
