The Secret to Successful Board/CEO Partnerships 

A One-Day Leadership Summit

The Bergen Volunteer Center, in a new partnership with GOAL Consulting Group, has created a first-ever opportunity for nonprofit CEO/ED’s and Board Chairs (and/or other Trustees) of North Jersey and beyond. Using case studies, leadership-building activities and learning sessions,  this new program will show you how to leverage your unique positions as trustees, board chairs, CEO’s and executive directors to have a long-lasting, positive impact on your organizations.

Away from busy day-to-day life, you can identify shared goals for your nonprofit. For the newly appointed ED, board chair, or trustee, the Summit proves particularly valuable to forge a positive and effective relationship. For the trustee and ED with a well-established relationship, it offers an opportunity to gain fresh perspectives on styles of collaboration in the context of new challenges and priorities.

Audience: In addition to the CEO/ED and the Chair, other board members such as the vice chair, chair elect, treasurer, or any member are encouraged to attend.
