NCENN Networking Gathering

Friday, November 27th, 2015

Join the National Capital Environmental Non-profit Network (NCENN) for our next networking gathering:

Friday, November 27th, 2015
1:30-3:30 at the West End Well

This NCENN Gathering will feature two important topics:

Jason Garlough, Ottawa Eco-Talent Network

Ottawa Eco-Talent Network is keen matching local professionals willing to provide pro-bono advice with YOUR organization's local environmental projects. Join us for a 1hr interactive session.  We will share our application process (there's no catch, but there is some basic criteria) and come prepared to answer & discuss one question: In a perfect world, what two experts could OETN provide to boost the impact or effectiveness of your organizaion's current environmental projects?

Laura Scrimgeour, Mazimize your Impact

You can make your programs and website more effective without increasing your workload. With techniques from the behavioural sciences you can tweak your existing programs to improve behaviour change, keep more people in your program, and increase the spread of your message. Two new behaviour change services offered by Bioregional North America can help you do this:
-        Program assessment and tweaking will help increase the impact of your community, educational, and outreach programs
-        Website assessment and adjustment will help you get more sign-ups, inquiries, and website engagement

We need your help with our market research. Please be ready to answer questions like would this be useful to my organization? How much would this be worth to us? Do we have or can we get the funds to do this?. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
