San Diego Technical Committee Meeting Nov. 18 

CalAPA members and public agency personnel are invited to the CalAPA San Diego area Technical  Committee meeting, where technical information and best practices about Hot Mix Asphalt will be  discussed in an informal setting. Regular presentations will include funding projections and agency reports.

CalAPA Deputy Executive Director Tony Grasso (pictured) will provide a recap of the CalAPA Fall Asphalt  Pavement Conference technical presentations, and an update on the latest projections for road funding plans that are currently making their way through the state Legislature and the U.S. Congress. Grasso, who is also principal staff to the CalAPA Envrionmental Committee, will provide an update on several environmental issues that are related to pavement maintenance.

In addition to the featured topics, there will be ample time for agency reports and questions-and-answers from attendees. All CalAPA members and local agency representatives are invited to attend.
