The Instructor:              

Barry Craner has taught Risk Management to Biomedical, Aerospace, and as an MSQA Program Professor, to those in many industries, including toys, farming, military, hospitals, etc. 

Barry is a consultant in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, was Vice President, QA/RA for Stellartech Research Corporation, Fellow of ASQ, Past Chair ASQ Biomedical Division, Past Chair ASQ San Diego Section, Past Chair ASQ Northern California Discussion Group (twice), Full Professor (Adjunct), California State University, Dominguez Hills, MSQA Program, and Instructor, University of California Graduate Certification Programs in Medical Devices and Regulatory Affairs, and has taught Risk Management to personnel from Aerospace, Electronics, Toys, Hospital Admin, Medical Device, Food Producers, others since 2005.

Barry was the 2008 Recipient of ASQLA Simon Collier Quality Award.  In 2010 he was recipient of the Marvin Rosenbaum Distinguished Service Award (ASQ Biomedical Division Service), and the Stanley Marash Scholarship (presented at International Quality Control conference in Tel Aviv, Israel.)  In 2014, the ASQ Biomedical Division named the Barrett C. Craner Scholarship to aid young QA professionals in their career pursuits.
