Sean Goforth is Director of Research at Nearshore Americas, where he oversees analysis of Latin American markets as hosts of outsourcing investment. His writings have been published in The National Interest, World Politics Review, and the Foreign Policy Association, among other outlets. He is the author of Axis of Unity: Venezuela, Iran & The Threat to America (Potomac Books, 2011). Sean is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Kirk Laughlin is managing director and founder of the Nearshore Americas – the widely respected media and research group which examines the emergence of Latin America as a global leader for outsourcing services and knowledge-based industries. He has emerged as one of the foremost thought-leaders on the expansion of cross-border trade and ICT and global services investment in the Americas.
