Fresno 2016 Homeless Point-In-Time Count 

The Fresno Madera Continuum of Care (FMCoC) is conducting a 2016 Point-in-Time (PIT) count to identify the housing and service needs of the sheltered and unsheltered homeless population in our community. This three-day effort will assist in the national goal of ending chronic and Veteran homelessness by 2016.
