Team UP! CrossFitOP will be hosting their annual Team competition at CrossFitOP this year! All competitors are welcome. This year's divisions include Rx, Intermediate and Scaled teams for Men, Women, Co-ed and Masters. (All Masters teams are Co-ed and ages must add up to 160.)
Saturday, April 2nd, 8 am - 6 pm:
RX, Intermediate, Novice - MEN'S and WOMAN'S Divisions are 4-Person team competitions held on SATURDAY. There will be a minimum of 4 WODs. Registration cost is $360 per team if registered on or before Jan. 1st 2016. $400/team after Jan 1, 2016.
Sunday, April 3rd, 8 am - 6 pm:
CO-ED DIVISIONS And Co-edMASTERS (Ages must add up to 160) and are 4-Person team competitions held on SUNDAY.
Registration cost is $360 per team if registered on or before Jan. 1st 2016. $400/team after Jan 1, 2016.
All events will be judged. Great prizes will be awarded!
A portion of this year's proceeds will go towards Boys and Girls Club.

Who can participate:
Competitors who are ready to work hard and have fun! Spectators are encouraged to come, enjoy the event and cheer on the athletes.
CrossFitOP needs your help with the event! Volunteers are needed to assist with registration, scorekeeping, equipment set-up, judging, etc. Please contact us at redefiningfitness@crossfitop.com if you would like to help judge or volunteer. Thanks in advance for your help.
