Here is a glimpse of what the students can expect in addition to meeting with college recruiters.
Workshops:
7th & 8th Grade students & parent: panel discussion with a diverse group of professions on "What I want to be when I grow up". We will also use a "scavenger hunt" format to help student engage with college recruiters and learn more about their institutions.
9th, 10th & 11th Grade students & parents: Finish Strong. Students will discuss what they need to do to finish high school successfully and help prepare for college.
12th Grade students & parents: Money Matters. Students will discuss ways to saves and prepare for college financially. Scholarships, financial aid awareness and more.
This year we have a guest speaker from Facebook that will speak to the students about the importance of education and the pro's and con's of social media.

Driving Directions
Attention 7th - 12th grade students. We look for you to attend our 2016 MLK Day College Fair on Saturday, January 16, 2016 from 10am to 2pm.
For students who register by December 19th, a free gift bag shall be provided! Early registrants will be entered in a drawing to receive free college apparel!
