The 19th Annual Northwest Pennsylvania Grazing Conference will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at the Zion Baptist Church in Clarion, PA. Each year we average 220 registrations from Pennsylvania (over 30 counties), Ohio and New York. Livestock and poultry producers have come to expect a very worthwhile conference. We plan to meet those expectations again this year.
Please consider supporting this event through one of two sponsorship opportunities. The Gold Sponsorship level is a $300 donation, and the regular Vendor Sponsorship is $175. Please scroll down towards the bottom of this page for more information and what each level includes.
Each year we count on the financial support from sponsors and vendors to be able to bring in top-notch presenters and keep the conference affordable. Our aim is for all of our vendors/sponsors to get something back in return – whether it is selling your products or services; networking; or gaining a sense of pride from giving to our agricultural community. You are encouraged to bring products with you or deliver pre-orders to customers that will be attending that day.
Please let us know your intent of support for the conference by submitting the registration form no later than February 19, 2016.
Our drawing for door prizes is always popular and becomes yet another opportunity to promote your business even after the conference is over. Please indicate on the registration form if you intend to donate any door prizes.
