Creative Workplace Solutions: How to Attract & Retain Talent

What are the economic challenges facing New Hampshire? First and foremost, we are losing our young people. The in-migration of past years has become out-migration. Our state is becoming one of the oldest demographics in the nation. In addition, New Hamphire's workforce growth is stagnant and it's estimated that 125,000 Granite staters commute out of state for work every day. It will take creativity to change direction, but we have an educated and capable population that is ready to work.

Please join us for our first information series and luncheon to learn how New Hampshire business can address this challenge.  Network with fellow NH business professionals while learning how to impact NH's workforce growth.  Complimentary breakfast and luncheon will be provided.  The event is being held at GBCC's beautiful new Student Center Complex.

Panel discussions and presentations include:
  • Taking Job Readiness to a New Level
  • How to Attract and Retain Millennial Talent
  • Casting a Wider Hiring Net
  •  Quality of Work vs Quality of Life

This event is free to members and affiliates of NHBSR, TAP, Great Bay Community College, and only $50 per person for other business professionals.  Registration is required for all attendees.

Your company can also help to bridge the gap between students and business by participating in the NH Business Speak Job Fair to be held from 1 to 3pm.  Your table is complimentary with registration, but availability is limited to the first 30 businesses requesting tables.
