TIME

10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (registration begins at 9:30 a.m.)

This conference is for anyone who is interested in learning more about service and advocacy opportunities for Georgia's children.  This event will provide participants an opportunity to:

• Understand the needs of children as they pertain to the education and juvenile justice systems; and identify the supports that are needed to keep children safe and healthy
• Understand the necessity of parental nurture in the 21st century
• Identify ways to advocate for children and take action in the coming legislative session
• Network with community-based organizations who provide services to children and families

Tom Rawlings

Attorney, former juvenile court judge and director of Georgia's Office of the Child Advocate

Additional conference features include:

• Panel discussions on issues facing Georgia's children in juvenile justice, education, child protection, health care, child poverty
• Facilitated "Call to Action" Advocacy Table Topics

The contribution of $10 includes registration and lunch.  Please print and bring your registration ticket with you.  Registration will close at the earlier of January 19, 2016, or upon reaching the maximum number of attendees.
