This will be the eleventh annual presentation of the MODC Business Outlook Survey, and we are pleased to see a number of positive changes in the complexion of the respondents. Results of the survey indicate that the attitude regarding the business climate in Monmouth and Ocean Counties continues to look up for the third year in a row. While 2016 predictions for employment, sales and profits appear positive, there is still an air of concern among business leaders about the State's overall economy and the tax burdens placed on businesses.
