SCORE Workshop

Websites That Make Customers Happy (And Make $ For Us)

Thursday, January 21, 2016

9:00am-Noon  Fee: $60

Do you hate your website? Most do. They take a lot of time and energy and don’t seem to generate the leads or help customers as much as we need. In this session, we will learn how to create or change a website that helps customers get what they need and helps us improve our business.  We’ll learn which changes to make that will actually help your business.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to think about your website from the customer’s perspective
  • How to create ‘calls to action’ that drive business
  • How to create content that improves your ‘findability’ on search engines
  • How to understand the simple analytics that can help you improve your web presence
  • Understand the role of social media in driving traffic to your site

Presenter:  Deb Mourey, Certified SCORE Mentor

Workshop Fee:  $60 (includes continental breakfast) payment made through PayPal (PayPal account not required), must have a credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover).

When you arrive at the PayPal screen, you will have the option to log into your PayPal account if you have one, or select "Don't have a PayPal Account" where you'll be able to input your billing information.  If you have a PayPal account you will need to use the credit card associated with that account.
