The Dayton Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers is hosting its Spring Seminar at Montgomery County Water Services 1850 Spaulding Road on Thursday, February 25, 2016.
Highlights of this year’s seminar include sessions on issues related to GIS Trends, Asphalt 101, and Effective Construction Techniques.
