Corporate managers must increasingly account for a broad range of global social factors in their operations, including environmental sustainability, human rights, labor practices, and anti-corruption. These corporate social responsibility (CSR) mandates and principles have an impact on all companies and industries.

In this seminar, Stephen Park, Assistant Professor of Business Law, and Caroline Kaeb, Assistant Professor of Business Law and Human Rights, show managers how to identify global CSR issues in their businesses, minimize CSR-related risk, and use CSR for competitive advantage. Corporations must engage with their customers, counterparties, regulators, shareholders, and various stakeholders on these issues, and this seminar will cover specific ways that managers can successfully address CSR in these relationships.
