Course Description
Training Scientists as Managers. At FAES, we understand that many science professionals, while extremely prepared in their scientific disciplines, may have had little experience or education in business management. We understand that preparation to become a laboratory manager or scientific director is oftentimes neglected in scientific training programs. Therefore, to bridge the gap between science and business, this course will train new and experienced scientists in the core supervisory and management competencies necessary to become an effective supervisor or manager.
