Horizon's 14th Annual Golf Outing and Banquet 

You've arrived on the right page! The Association of Horizon welcomes you and we are hoping you'll join us for a fantastic day of golf and fun. All proceeds go directly to fund our 25th Annual Summer Camp Program. Your participation is key to our continued success!

Wondering what the event entails?

Golf - Individual or Foursome:      $160 per person
Scramble Format - Shotgun Start, 18 Holes of Golf, Deluxe Goodie Bags, Bag Drop Service, GPS Equiped Cart, Easy Check in. *Includes Banquet Admission.

Banquet:       $70 per person
Buffet Dinner, Open Bar (Beer, Wine, Liquor), Silent Auction, Raffle's, and Musical Entertainment.  Children's price is $25.

A local 80's Glam Rock tribute band will be back to headline this year's banquet!


Hailing from Rockford, IL, SUNSET STRIP is the hottest 80's Glam Rock tribute band whose shows are a fast-paced, kinetic spectacle taking you back to the heyday of the 80's Hairband scene! The shows are crazy fun ... and the result is a nonstop party!
